Grabbed one to try at Clubcard price £2, for a small yet disappointing time.

Jerky are meant to be dry, but this just has the unpleasant dryness, not particularly nice to chew. The it tastes mostly of salt and sugar, yes there's some of that smokiness but the sweetness is kinda ruining the whole thing. The relatively high salt content (around 1.29g in just 35g) definitely comes through aswell.

For the normal price of £2.50, the value just isn't there at all, even if you're just looking for protein snacks.
