Tesco's High Protein Beef & Broccoli Stroganoff

My Experience

Next up is the Beef & Broccoli Stroganoff from the Tesco High Protein range. It's alright, but not amazing.

The sauce had that slightly sweet taste again, which seems common in these meals. The wild rice mixed in was fine by me, though I know wild rice isn't everyone's cup of tea, so keep that in mind.

However, the beef was actually pretty decent this time, tender enough with a good chew, and importantly, no nasty gristly bits in my portion. The broccoli kept its firmness well too, which is always good.

Surprisingly, for a 'High Protein' meal, this one's a bit lower on that front, only 18g. It also only counts as 1 of your 5 a day. They really should use wild rice more.
