My Experience
From my original Amazon review:
Edit: I’ve seen some concerns about this product being made in China, and that’s completely fair. The reality is that the vast majority of the world’s creatine is produced in China, using Chinese raw materials, before being tested and packaged by brands elsewhere. What matters is the quality control and purity testing, and Bulk scores very highly on that front.
If you specifically want creatine that is not made in China, you’ll need to look for Creapure, which is produced exclusively in Germany under strict standards. Almost every premium brand offers it, including Bulk themselves. It's the only way to guarantee German-made creatine.

I’m genuinely baffled that I’ve only recently started taking creatine. It has literally decades of scientific proof backing its benefits for physical performance, and more recently, for cognitive function too. This firmly moves creatine out of the "athletes and bodybuilders only" category; you don't even need to be working out to see the brain benefits.
For £26.49 for a 1kg bag, this is easily one of the cheapest, highest-impact supplements you can get. At a 5g daily dose, that's just 13p a day. Bulk offers a no-nonsense, high-quality micronised creatine that is simply unbeatable value.
Because this version is micronised, the powder is fine and mixes effortlessly. I throw it in everything from meal shakes to tea or plain water. Even when I'm lazy, I can just add 5g to a glass, give it a quick swish, and drink it down. You get a fleeting salty taste on the tongue, but otherwise, it's completely flavourless.
Like many people, I take a variety of supplements, so it’s hard to pinpoint the specific effects of one ingredient. But honestly, creatine is one of the few where you can simply trust the data. It's cheap, the quality from Bulk is high, the science is undeniable, and the brand is reputable.
Overall, this is an absolute no-brainer. 5 stars.
