From my original Amazon review:

Wasn't sure what to expect, especially with some descriptions claiming it's "floral". I didn't get any floral taste or smell from my batch at all. What I did get was a nice, distinct green vegetal flavour upfront, followed by a pleasant natural sweetness. It's actually quite good if you brew it right.

And you really do need to brew it right. These leaves are sensitive. Stick close to the recommended 85C water temp, maybe even a touch cooler, and keep the steep time to around 2, maybe 3 minutes max, particularly for the first cup. If you go hotter or let it sit too long, it turns bitter fast and loses the nice notes.

You can get a solid second infusion out of these. A third is possible if you're stretching it, but it's definitely weaker and honestly I'd recommend just make a new one. Also, be warned these leaves expand a lot more than they look when dry. Don't overcrowd your strainer or pot. Use a decent-sized one and start with a smaller amount of leaf than you might think.

Overall, surprisingly decent tea with a nice vegetal sweetness, just be careful with your brewing technique. Quite good value for the price too, may not be the high end, but it's good quality. A fairly healthy tea if you want low caffeine sweetness.
